● Take breaks. Just like at work, take a break to clear your head.
● Open your windows regularly. Go for a walk, stretch.
● Make a work area where you will not be disturbed nor distracted.
● Make a schedule and stick to it, teleworking does not mean working more or even later.
● Dress comfortably, but don't stay in pyjamas.
● Keep in touch with your manager and colleagues. Organise team meetings.
